Joseph Buschmann is an Applied Math major at CU Boulder with double minors in Computer Science & Statistics and Data Structures, planning to pursue a Master's in AI. He leads our automation architecture and technology strategy — testing new tools, building the technical backbone behind every engagement, and making sure AI Groundworks stays ahead of what's actually possible, not just what's trendy.
We started AI Groundworks after seeing the same pattern repeat itself across industry after industry: large enterprises deploying AI tools that transformed how they operate, while small and mid-sized businesses — the ones that actually needed relief the most — were left behind. I'd seen it firsthand in my own work before Joseph and I decided to fix it.
